Courts located in Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
